Keruxly ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered sermon preparation platform operated at keruxly.com. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment card is required during the trial. Your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription — you must actively choose to subscribe when your trial ends. If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted to read-only access of previously generated sermons.
The Keruxly Pastor Plan is billed at £14.99 per month. Your subscription begins on the date you provide payment details and complete checkout. Billing renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled. All prices include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@keruxly.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.
When you cancel:
Example: If you are billed on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 10th, you retain access until the end of that month. You will not be charged on the following 1st.
We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed, except where required by UK law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@keruxly.com within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service subscription within 14 days of first purchase (the "cooling-off period"). However, by using the service before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that you have requested immediate access and waive your right to a full refund for services already delivered.
Keruxly is designed for pastoral and theological use. You agree not to use the platform to generate content that is defamatory, abusive, or in violation of any law. You are responsible for how you use and adapt AI-generated sermon material in your ministry context.
Sermons, outlines, illustrations, and all other content generated by Keruxly are produced using artificial intelligence. While we strive for theological accuracy and depth, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or perspectives that require your own pastoral discernment and review. You are responsible for verifying and adapting all generated content before use. Keruxly does not guarantee the theological accuracy of any output.
You retain full ownership of the sermon content generated using your inputs on Keruxly. You are free to use, publish, preach, and distribute it without restriction. Keruxly retains ownership of the platform, design, and underlying systems.
We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, including scheduled maintenance or AI provider outages outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
